What is the process?
The DASH Inspector starts by scoring the community. This is done because the technological capabilities implemented by the developer can have a major impact on the homeowner. Next, the wiring and systems within the house are cataloged and tested. If everything is functioning properly after the final inspection, the inspector certifies the implementation. The data gathered is then compiled and plotted against an index to arrive at the scores issued by Digital Authority. This process insures that everything is done correctly and provides both the builder and the homebuyer with assurance that the low-voltage systems will perform as expected.
